How can I apply for a course?
You can apply online for any course listed on this website.
Simply click the Apply Online button when browsing course details, then follow the
step by step instructions. We will keep our questions as simple as possible and it should
take no longer than 5 minutes to apply. If necessary, you can save your application and
return to it later.
If you have already completed
your student profile, the application form
will be filled out for you automatically. That means you can submit your application in just a few clicks!
How many courses can I apply for?
You can apply for as many courses as you like! The information you provide in your first application will
be recorded in our database, so you will not have to enter it again if you apply for more than one course.
Most students apply for between 1 and 3 courses, but you can apply for more if you want.
Remember, if you are not sure which course to apply for, you can
contact your student advisor
for help and advice!
Is there an application fee?
There is no application fee when you apply for a course through our website. Our services are paid for by the
colleges and universities we represent. That means the services we provide (i.e. admission support, accommodation
booking and student visa assistance) are free to students.
What happens after I submit my application?
When you submit an application, your advisor will send you an email listing the documents you need to provide (e.g. passport,
certificates etc.). Documents should be scanned (or photographed) and emailed back to your advisor.
If you are unable to provide all the documents requested, please send what you can and let your advisor know.
Your advisor will assess your application to make sure you are qualified for the course and it is the best option for you.
Your advisor will then submit an application to the course provider on your behalf, using the information and
documents you provided. Our advisors are very experienced and will submit the strongest application possible, maximising
your chances of success!
How can I track the progress of my applications?
You can track the progress of your applications by visiting your student account page and following the link to
submitted applications.
You will need to sign in to your account to access this list.
How long does it take to get an offer?
Once you have provided all the documents we asked for, we aim to get a decision from the course provider within 3 - 5 working days.
It can take longer at busy times (especially during the summer months), or if your qualifications are borderline.
