About This Course

The International Diploma (Business, Finance, Marketing & Humanities) offers second year admission to a four year bachelor's degree at The University Of Stirling. It is available for selected undergraduate degrees and is specially designed for international students who do not meet the standard requirements for year 2 admission.

During the course, you will study a full second year curriculum, but with additional support to improve your academic and study skills. Students who do not meet the standard English requirements for The University Of Stirling will also benefit from enhanced English language support.

On successful completion of this programme, you can progress directly to the third year of selected bachelor's degrees in Business, Finance, Marketing & Humanities, including BA Accounting & Business Studies. Progression is guaranteed for students who achieve the module scores required for their chosen progression degree.

Note: Students studying this course will benefit from a single study visa¹, which will be valid for the duration of the entire programme. That means you will not have to apply for a new visa when you progress from the International Year One.

Admission Requirements

Academic	Completion of high school plus at least one year of further study, for example a University Foundation Course or A Levels.
English *	IELTS 5.5 (5.5 all skills) or equivalent English qualification.
Minimum Age	Minimum age 17 years at the start of the academic year (i.e. 1 September).
