About This Course
This Pre Masters prepares international students for postgraduate study in Law & Social Sciences at Durham University.
It is specially designed for students who do not have the academic qualifications normally required for admission to a master's programme at the university. It is also suitable for students who meet the academic requirements but need to improve their English skills before starting a master's.
During the course, you will study in a supportive learning environment alongside other international students. You will have the opportunity to deepen your subject knowledge, develop your study & research skills and improve your academic English to a high level.
On successful completion of this programme, you can progress to selected master's degrees in Law & Social Sciences at Durham University.
Progression is guaranteed for students who achieve the module scores required for their chosen progression degree.

Successful completion of a bachelor's degree, equivalent to a UK Degree (Second Class) in a related subject.

Students are normally aged between 21 - 30 years. Students with a study gap of more than 5 years cannot normally be considered for this course.
