Course Specification

The Pre-Master's (Science & Engineering) is for international students who want to study a master's degree at The University Of Aberdeen, but do not have the academic and/or English qualifications for direct entry. During the course, you will deepen your subject knowledge and develop your study & research skills to a high level. You will also have the opportunity to improve your academic English abilities.

On successful completion of this course, you can progress to selected master's degrees at The University Of Aberdeen.

Entry Requirements

Academic A good recognised degree or advanced diploma. Must be in a related subject for Engineering & Science, but can be in any subject for Business & Law. Some programmes e.g. MBA require two years’ post-degree relevant work experience.
English English level equivalent to IELTS 6.0 (6.0 in writing and 5.5 in all other skills).

Note: EU citizens are not accepted onto this course.
