Accepted for admission to all UK universities, including elite institutions like Oxford and Cambridge.
A Levels are considered the Gold Standard of the British education system. They are studied by UK students who want to progress to higher education and are accepted by all universities, including elite institutions such as Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial College and LSE. They are also accepted by all 33 of the UK's medical schools.
The Newton A Level programme is for ambitious international students who want to study subjects such as medicine, science, engineering, mathematics, economics and psychology at a top UK university. The programme follows the highly regarded Cambridge (CAIE) syllabus.
Depending on your chosen pathway, you will study 4 of the following subjects: Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Economics and Psychology.
Class sizes are small (7-9 per class) and students receive mentoring and 1 on 1 support.
Students who want to study Medicine will receive specialist preparation for the UCAT or BMAT exam and admissions interview. They will also be offered a work placement at the Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital, enabling them to gain vital work experience in a healthcare setting, which is required by UK medical schools.
The programme is unique in the UK, as it is the only A level course that is taught on campus at a leading university. That means students will receive a university, rather than a high school study experience.
