About This Course
The First Year Degree (Business) is equivalent to the first year of an undergraduate degree at The University Of Hertfordshire, but with more flexible academic and English requirements. It is specially designed for international students who want to study a degree at the university, but do not quite meet the requirements for direct entry.
During the programme, you will study a first year university curriculum, but with additional support to improve your study skills and English language abilities. On successful completion of this course, you can progress directly to the second year of selected bachelor's degrees at The University Of Hertfordshire. That means you will complete your studies in the same amount of time as direct entry students.

Completion of high school plus at least one further year of study, for example a university foundation year, AS Level (BBB), A Level (DE) or IB (24 points). A portfolio is required for subjects such as art and fashion.
