About This Course

The International Year One (Business & Management) is equivalent to the first year of an undergraduate degree at The University Of Sunderland, but with more flexible academic and English requirements. It is specially designed for international students who want to study a degree at the university, but do not quite meet the requirements for direct entry.

During the programme, you will study a first year university curriculum, but with additional support to improve your study skills and English language abilities. On successful completion of this course, you can progress directly to the second year of selected bachelor's degrees at The University Of Sunderland. That means you will complete your studies in the same amount of time as direct entry students.

Entry Requirements

Academic	Completion of high school plus one year of further study (e.g. AS Level or a University Foundation Programme).
English	2 Semesters Integrated Visa: IELTS 5.5 (5.5 all skills), PTE 57 (51 all skills), TOEFL 73 (Listening 17, Reading 18, Writing 17, Speaking 20), GCSE English 1st Language (D), 2nd language (B), WAEC (C/6). 1 Year Visa: UKVI IELTS 5.0 (4.5 all skills) or equivalent UKVI English test.
	2.5 Semesters UKVI IELTS 5.0 (4.5 all skills) or equivalent UKVI English test
	3 Terms UKVI IELTS 4.5 (4.0 all skills) or equivalent UKVI English test
