About This Course
The University Foundation (Humanities, Law & Social Sciences) is a comprehensive programme of academic subjects, study skills and English language. It is specially designed for international students who want to study an undergraduate degree at The University Of Sunderland, but do not have the academic qualifications or English level required for direct entry. On successful completion of this course, you can progress to the first year of selected bachelor's degrees at The University Of Sunderland.
Two visa routes are available for this program:
- 4 Year Visa: This option offers a single visa that will be valid for the full length of the study program, including the foudnation year and degree.
- 1 Year Visa: For students who do not meet the minimum English requirements for the 4 year visa route. This visa will be valid for the duration of the foundation year and can be extended from the UK on progression to a degree.
