Is This Course Right For You?

These courses are ideal for students who need to improve their English for entry to a UK academic institution. The exam tests listening, reading, writing and speaking skills and also develops the skills you will need to follow a programme of study in English. The minimum score required for most undergraduate courses in the UK is IELTS 6.0. A higher score may be required for more linguistically demanding subjects (e.g. Law, English), or if you want to join the course at the final year. Although test results do not 'expire', some universities may not accept tests that were taken more than two or three years ago.

Tests can be taken each month at centres throughout the UK.
