The MBA (Master's in Business Administration) is a graduate level qualification that provides training in the theory and practice of business management. Courses take a minimum of one year to complete and provide general competency in all the key functional management roles found in a modern corporation.
Is This Course Right For You?
The MBA is globally recognised as the most prestigious award available in business management. As the ultimate business studies qualification, the MBA is fast becoming essential for those aspiring to the most senior levels of management. Students embarking on an MBA programme are usually looking to move their career on to the next level and generally have some practical business experience already. So the MBA is not necessarily the ideal choice for new graduates. Many courses are modular, so you can study part time while continuing in your job.
Entry Requirements
A relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification (such as CIMA or ACCA) is required for MBA programmes. If you hold a Bachelor's degree in a non-business related subject, you may be able to bridge the gap with a foundation course first.
A minimum English level of IELTS 6.0 (or equivalent) will also be needed.
